Hi,
I didn't receive my shipment *******03749 yet. It is unbelievable that a shipment stays 18 days in the DUBAI Arab Emirates customs for any reason. FedEx was one day the best carrier on earth but now the worst one. They deliberately leave shipments to accumulate and pick them altogether. I hope you convey my message to them.

I paid $235 to ship some space heaters overnight to my family in Texas because they ran out of propane during a freak winter storm and nobody had heaters or more propane to sell them. This is winter. It was an emergency.
97 hours later, the heaters are still sitting in Memphis! I could have driven them to Texas myself in only 25 hours. I know because I've driven that route before.
FedEx said they were delayed because of weather. Well, OK, I would have understood if they had been delivered in the evening instead of the morning, but not more than 4 days late. FedEx has been in business for a long time. It has to deal with winter weather every year. It should have this figured out by now.
BBB rates FedEx way more highly than it deserves. I will NEVER use FedEx again!

I have been waiting for a package that had been riding around on a truck 12 miles from my house for 4 days. And every time you call, you get someone who speaks poor English and has no clue what is going on over here with a company that is clearly on its way down the crapper. Customer service in the U.S. has gone to crap. They sent me a text saying it would be here yesterday, it still hasn’t arrived. It must be riding around again on another truck.
My package was scheduled to be delivered today by the end of the day...when I called and finally spoke with a rep, they said that there was a delay and the package would be at my office by 5:10 pm.
I called back around 5:30 and when I finally got to speak with a rep, they said that it would be here tomorrow...
I wanted to do the survey and it was for the rep who was doing her job...nothing about the delivery...In our area UPS does great! However, FEDEX is terrible!
I would give 0 if it would be possible. The customer service level is shocking. We have 10 days delays for our parcel and nothing is happening, it's a gift from my mum to my 2 year old and the customer service is saying that the parcel is stack with customs and customs says it was cleared over 10 days ago. Nothing has been done and I was disconnected from customer service numerous times and it is going too the point when instead of having a lovely time with my kids after receiving the parcel I have really bad anxiety when I need to contact them as they can't be bother to contact me. I would never recommend this company to anybody.
They don't care if they lost your package at all. Even if it's their fault they don't give a damn. Be careful when using their service.
I gave a glowing review before because the service was excellent. The last 3 deliveries however have been horrible!! None of them have made it to my house! The first one the driver called to see if "the big white dog bites". I don't have a dog at all. I knew where he was though & gave him precise directions to my house & yet he STILL left my package at the wrong house! The second delivery I had no clue where it was but it wasn't at my house! Today I received a notification that my package had been delivered.....not at my house it wasn't. Now I have no clue where it is. What happened FedEx??!! I was so pleased with your service & the drivers always did an excellent job. I order online because I'm not able to go shop in the store, therefore I'm not able to chase down my packages up & down the holler! I'm very disappointed. Please fix this issue. I depend on you. I gave you 3 stars today but it's going to be 1 if things don't improve & you will be as despised as that other company whose name starts with a U!
Fed ex claimed they left my package at my front door. However I was home all day that day and they NEVER came to my house! I even checked with all neighbors and my local post office. My package has never been found! Fed ex allows thieves to work for their company! Absolutely the WORST SHIPPING COMPANY out there!
I would rate 0 if I could. Fedex is horrible. When they go over the time a shipment is supposed to be delivered they mark it delivered even if it wasn't. Just to make it seem that it was delivered within the time frame the shipper paid for. I have had 2 packages that happened with. 1 delivered 3 days later after repeated complaints and the 2nd was a waste because it was a refrigerated package supposed to be delivered in 2 days and didn't come till day 5 when they said it was already delivered. In the trash it went. Just unacceptable
A driver chased me with his truck while I was on my bike in my neighborhood everyone saw I hope he is embarrassed and gets fired
We are a British company, Antongrove LTD, wholesalers of solar eclipse glasses and shipped our product from Dubai to Santiago, Chile last November. Not only was our product delivered 5 full days later than offered there were 2 boxes of our products missing, which have never been recovered. I am still processing a complaint against them and surprise, surprise they have yet to respond.
I had sent a pkg to Mexico from Chennai and it was rec'd well ahead of date indicated. I am very happy with fed ex as user.
FedEx is the WORST delivery company I have had the displeasure of doing business with and they could care less. First they fail to deliver my package that said it was out for delivery 5 times. Now I get it and they destroyed the package. I call and they could care less. They tell you to notify who you purchased it from. They didn’t mishandle their product. Your horrible delivery people destroyed it! This starts with management. If you can’t expect more from your employees it is why you will be out of business soon.
If you try to phone them they will simply hang up on you after 15 mins, such a lack of respect.

No, they will f*ck you over at the first opportunity. Their declared value/insurance policy is a joke and they will not honor it. Steer clear of them.

Do not use FedEx you will not get your package when they say you will. Nothing but frustration from incompetent people that lie about delivery!

FEDEX lost my letter with power of attorney with apostille cost 200 dollars. There is no excuse. Just unprofessional.

I won't use them at all anymore. For me it was fraud. The office I used in no way feels accountable for our transaction. Goodbye. Hello USPS.

I used to use ghem long ago,. But continuing abominable overpriced services made me go to the compegtition - and so glad I did!
Agree completey. With your comments. Not fault of the merchant in this instance. FedEx delivery practices are the worst. Never come to the office door - just drop and run by back door of building. Where their truck stops. No calls, no tickets, no notice, with dely on delay in fe cipt of urgent deliveries. Calling customer no-service is even worse... they do nothing practical to help and have no clue what to do about legitimate complaint/questions. Thdy just hang up after wasting your time explaining a problem.
